Yes, its true that they they built the reputation and now cheating. I have $3000 laptop with them and 6 months they are befooling me. What they are doing is keep calling large no of candidates to find very few selected but highly talented ones. To average person it may looks weird but in the era what we know as "great resignation era" it's very important to keep looking talented and keep removing least worthy people. you require to raise your skills to match theirs
