Did you get any update after the non-straightforward mail from UKVI?

Did my biometric since December 16, 2020 but got the non-straightforward on January 21, 2021 and still waiting since then.

In my own case, I received a phone call from my bank a day before the non- straightforward mail asking me if I sent a bank statement to UK embassy, and my response was yes....apparently the embassy ed my bank to confirm a few things...aside from that no other actions....
Ps: the non-forward mail was on the 19th, and visa was stamped 20th

Hi folks,

I was refused today.

The embassy sent my statement to my bank to confirm which they actually said it was okay but there was this 100 naira airtime I bought that jump on the statement so it wasn't showing well.

That Is the reason of my refusal.
So now I want to collect a letter from the bank confirming the transaction and also print a new copy of the statement.

They said I have the right to review but I want email UKVI first about this boarder line issue with the clear statement.

Please as anyone done this before and got a good reply from UKVI?

I’m thinking your bank statement is from Access bank?
Did u receive a non-straightforward mail before now ?

I got a collection and decision mail in one body. but it was TLS that sent it to me and not the embassy that's why I'm worried.

Better don’t use worry to kill yourself!
You can’t Undo anything at this point, remain optimistic....as long as you play it all by the Tier4 application rules, you are covered/fine

Don’t be scared at all.... different region with different trend ...yours is the generic for Nigeria.
If you applied from the United States for example; your decision mail content will indicate approval or refusal.....stay calm�
