Visa approval can take long in some instances, it could be there are a lot of people on the queue they need to attend to, or some internal things they need to sort. Most often than not, visa application take up to 3 months and beyond to come out unless you are very lucky. Please stay patient and it will be sorted

has a lot of free Masters courses and relatively cheap courses, however it comes with blocked at the embassy for non EU/EEA

Finland does not have blocked and their tuition ranges around 4000 eur above

Malta is an English speaking country so you do not have to worry about learning a language, and the tuition is around 6000 eur above

Depending on the European country you want to migrate to, try to learn their language, network, and volunteer so your job search will be successful, and be patient. It will work out.

It depends on your purpose to the place. If you plan to stay for a long period, even with your sponsorship letter, you need to use Category D.
