I live in a small city in and I have a friend who had his masters in the Uk using HND. After the masters, he went back to Nigeria.
He later got a PhD in and came to with his masters degree. They found out he didn’t attend university for undergraduate when he had to submit his ZAB certificate. He was fired and nearly returned to Nigeria.

So, HND doesn’t fly in .
