I did my biometrics on 27th of August, got the application sent to DMC same day. I got NSF mail on the 28th but the good news arrived today, visa approved but the application is still showing received from DMC (it has been like that since 28th of August) on the tracker. I made a paid call on the 12th because I paid for priority, it was already 13 working days and got a mail that a decision has been made on Monday, 16th of September. DHL mail came in yesterday and the delivery happened today. I don't think you should be worried, you can make enquiries through paid call or mail though.

Dangote does not deserve the respect some people are according to him and here are the reasons:
A country with abundant crude oil but imports petroleum products after exporting the crude oil.
For decades government have been trying to figure out how to get some refinery working so that at least we can start producing our petrol and save dollars used in importing these petrol.
You came as a knight in shining amour and told the government that you'll build a private refinery but you'll be needing loans and unlimited access to subsidized dollar at CBN subsidized rate.
Government was very happy that they gave you loans in dollars and sold dollars to you at 300 naira against the black market rate.
You got lots of tax waiver all at the expense of the poor masses who had hopes in your refinery.
They wanted to complain but the government told them to relax that your refinery will ease the pain and stress on the forex.
So in theory, your refinery will buy crude oil from our unlimited crude oil deposits, then refine it and sell to both local and international markets.
with this theoretically dollars will be saved and our currency will be strengthened.
Fast forward when you completed your refinery, everybody was happy, speculations on how your refinery will make the naira stronger again flooded the homepage of our dailies.
Today, our hopes are dashed after learning that you'll be importing Crude oil from the US.
Haaaa seriously ?
Then what's the essence of building this refinery since we've ended up in the same circle of importation again ?
So what's the difference between this and someone that imported an already refined petroleum?
Some persons are even defending this telling us how Dangote Refinery is a private investment.
Yes you're right but it was built with the help of the masses subsidized money and lots of tax waivers so he owes us some patriotism acts.
A selfless business man would have focused of refining Nigerian crude oil for some years, at least to ease the burden.
Now he has added to our burden because imagine Dangote hustling dollars with an average man that needed the dollars to import raw materials for his manufacturing company.
This is not fair to Nigerians and we must demand ability from Dangote.
he owes us that because he has thrived on government at the expense of the poor masses.
He must be the solution and not add to the problem.

This is the reason i was against removal of subsidy because there's no way our government didn't know all this. They just used false hope to deceive Nigrians. How can they say all our crude oil deposits for the nearest future have been used to back loans and contracts. Whereas,almost half of this same crude oil is stolen daily and uned for. There's more than enough crude oil to cater to dangite the thief's refinery. Imagine Dangote adding to the already pressured dollar, that's suicidal. At this point we need to wake up as a country. This country needs a total overhaul.

This must be a joke of the century.. No way any Government can outlaw black market.... In any product or currency... There is a reason it's called black market... Abolish the official I&E window and trade at the value of the "parallel market" the naira will stabilize instantly.

The only problem I have with this is that Nigerians are naturally greedy and wicked people and the BDC's will be in control of setting fx rates. See what they're doing now, imagine what they will do when they're the ones in charge of determining the rate

The government must increase interest rates now to restore some level of confidence in the Naira. By keeping interest rates way below the level of inflation, it would tell the world that the country isn't ready to face the mess on ground.

The problem is that our inflation is mostly caused by the excess cash in the system. Eg CBN printing cash indiscriminately, politicians having so much cash etc

I truly feel ur pain. As someone who is fair in complexion and also suffered from horrible acne till my mid twenties, I can share what has worked for me. None of those popular creams/ cleansers (Dr Miracle, neutrogena, funbact A etc) worked for me. First, I had to take accutane for 3 months to bring the acne under control. I combined it with tretinoin(every other night) I also go for micro needling when i have spare funds to help with acne scarring( I had a few dark spots but mostly large pores and acne scarring). Pls dont use tretinoin without suncreen o. And use it only at night. I also noticed cerave products work for me.Lastly, I prayed to God also because e get time wey i nor dey look my face for mirror. I still get one or 2 zits these days, but they go in a couple of days. Also, avoid popping the pimples no matter how tempting. Try and also see if anything inparticular triggers the acne. Best of luck
