I don't think arriving late is good. A day before my biometric, which was yesterday, I visited the centre to locate the place so that I will go straight today. One of those girls outside the gate who run around trying to help people documents and all that told me that I would pay up to 40k plus if I arrive late. I don't know if this is true. But, when I was convinced that there would be a big penalty if you come late on your appointment date was when I got inside today, very early though, but told them I wanted to go and get my ATM card for one payment like that, the security girl inside told me not to try it, that the penalty would be too huge for me to pay. I believe lateness has a huge penalty. You don't want to fall for this.
