If it is a sting operation s they claim, why was the giver not arrested at the point he was leaving the house? Why did they not arrest the receiver? Are they saying the bribe giver came yesterday at 1am? Who gave them the information? Why has the giver not been mentioned till now? In the case of judges there ist the NJC that investigates all cases of misconduct, infact 2 judges were compulsorily retired, one was referred to the police for further investigation just last week.why is this case different?
