I am a busy person, it why. but for a start you need to the stock firmware for your phone which is about 850mb. please check the 'about phone' in the settings of your phone and let me know whether the model of your phone is A3300HV or A3300GV. The phones are look alike but different specs. I will post the link of the firmware then guide you in flashing it. In 20minutes you can flash your phone. You can post the screenshots of 'about phone' in the settings of your phone. I am sorry for the late reply. I really wanna help.

I am posting this because I'm hoping there are people like me who have issues with their tab after the Over The Air (OTA) and after reading from different s of the tab from lenovo online community I realize Lenovo has yet to find a solution for months now. What you will notice;

1. The touch screen will hang for few seconds while operating your phone
2. Games keeps playing while you lose control

After thorough searching,I found the original stock firmware and installed it and THE PROBLEM WAS SOLVED!!!.

PS. I've never flashed any android phone before now, in fact I know nothing about flashing phones but I did flash my Lenovo A7 30 and it was a success. I need to know if there are people out there who noticed the hanging after doing the OTA update and needs help in solving it. I will post the step by step directive in flashing the phone back to the original stock firmware if I can see one person with the same problem here. Thank you
