The custom guys are crazy. My cousin was charged 34k custom fees for a 132k phone he bought at Aliexpress. Phone weighed only 700g. They don't charge you based on the weight, but rather on their warped perceived cost of product imported. Dude refused to pay, post office had to ship it back to China. He got refunded. Case closed.

You should always be tracking in this case, say from 7 days from now. The moment your tracking shows failed delivery or shipment at local distribution centre, then you should start visiting the post office. After visiting the post office, if it's not yet with them, you should drop your tracking number and correct phone number with them, so as to you when you item arrives.

1. how long will it take to get to Nigeria after departing country of origin.
2. I just realized I made a mistake in my phone number. I mixed the digits up. so pls what can I do to rectify this. I sent the seller a message with my track no and the correct phone number but no reply yet.
3. is the phone going directly to Nipost? if yes how will I know it's there . if no how I'll they locate me if my right number is not put there ...
