I don't know if you inspected the apartment and are sure everything was okay before making payment, same way as you're moving out you're to schedule an inspection with the agent, make sure you're there physically to see the damages he's claiming. If you can establish that he's not saying the truth demand your full refunds. Give him deadline to meet up or report him to the police. If you can reach the landlord or property manager you'll find out that the agent is the one trying to 'corner' your caution deposit.
