My post did not in anyway china , russia or america and am neither a fan of any of them, they all have their merits i just stated the obvious ,but i feel the world having more than one supper power would bring a form of balance of power.
-also about your democratic views , american and some western courntries being highly successfull in democracy which i will commend does not means the rest of the world would be equally success we all no Nigerias democr.. is a good example of the opposite . Infact 90 % of the western countries(europe) you made mention of were governed and developed in the past by monarchy/authortarian and dictatorship regimes some still even operate on partial monarchy systems till date ,

Research anywhere is thorough and well regulated endeavor with institutional review oversight. Well documented approvals and oversights are requirements that cannot be overlooked.
This is a very simple case to decide. They should be asked to provide documentation of the institutional review board approval.
