justwise is substantially right.the student does that in his or her own country; The skool will only send u a letter after d payment of ur tuition fee.U have to take dis letter to their embassy in abuja.the embassy there4 has no choice dan to issue u the visa(MVV).on d otherhand,if their embassy is not in a certain country, the skool thus have d sole decision of getting u d visa from their country.Mind u,it's possible to waive d insurance and accomodation fee.All u have to do is make a petition that u will pay it when u get there.

Why do you argue on things you're not sure of? I study at the Delft University of Technology, Netherlands and yes the school apply and get your visa approval from the Netherlands, if you meet the financial requirement which is either through your having being offered full scholarship like my own case or you have transferred the required fees to an in the Netherlands. When your visa is approved in the Netherlands, the school tells you to go to your embassy to pick it up. Its that straight as they will only ask you what you want to do in the Netherlands and thats all. Your visa is normally 100% guaranteed except there are inconsistencies in your application Concerning ission, if you made a 2-2, forget about it and also I know people with GPA of 3.9 that couldn't get ission in my school and University of Twente. But if you have 3.8 GPA out of 5.00 and abve, you can apply for ission. 12 Likes 2 Shares |

The school will ask you for some documents, once received, they apply for the MVV for you and once approved, you go to the embassy in your country and they stamp the visa for you. Once you get to netherlands, you would require some other documnts and then you will be issued your residence permit. Mind you, MVV is not automatic, it can also be refused. 2 Likes |

For most Dutch Universities, minimum TOEFL requirement is 90 on the computer based test and its equivalent. I need to know general qualification like GPA, test scores etc before I can advice you 1 Like |

I intend studying Bachelors Degree.

2good(m): 12:09pm On Jan 12, 2012 |
Dont know much about bachelors degree also, as an intending student, you have to learn how to help yourself research to know more about what you want. Since you have the internet, you can browse and get all the information you need from the school's website. That is where you can get the most up to date and detailed information you need for your academic pursuit. So do your own search and try to depend less on people
