But yes, you can remove the or motherboard of your phone and put in another phone with dead motherboard or so.

you mean android phone? Who changes android phones body case. You will have to get the phone pouch/ protective case to cover the phone flaws. We're no more in the era of physical keypad/ button phones, that's when phone body are changeables

All you need to buy is carcass
Complete casing and screen guard.

You need competent engineer to extract the screen for you.

That's all. Don't let anyone make it so difficult.
