That's a transgendered female. I saw or rather listened to a video of a doctor complaining about the side effects of the hormones these trans are being injected with. It's quite sad what the world has turned into. I do not hate these people, but I will never accept this lifestyle/change by God's Grace. Years to come from now God keeping us, we will begin to see the side effects.
