In USA, if you don’t use your line for 2 month and you don’t pay your monthly subscription which is like $40 or thereabout! it will be assign to another customer! I don't understand why organizations arrive at policies without using their brain. My mum wanted to do transfer from 1st bank to another bank. She said they won't give her audience because of the sum she's transferring. I asked her for the sum, she said 82k, I told her I will show them vawulence at counter.

Getting there, the teller she approached said, ma, you can use your phone to transfer it. I screamed at him and every teller there.

Expecting 80 year old woman to be doing her bank transfers online is wickedness. Is it every youth that has a smartphone? Is it everyone that has data? How can you tell me that you attend to customers transferring 200k and above?

They brought out transfer form. Yes, the problem was not caused by those tellers. The useless bank came up with stupid and unfriendly policies.

Let us boycott mtn for a month and see who wins.

By "use", do you include receiving calls and text messages?

MTN meant you must load credit or data.

I usually don't load data for my smart devices at home but buy bulk data which is shared not hotspot, nor transferred

I bought my line in 2003 for N48,000 and later bought three more lines for N35,000 each.

Now two of those lines since 2019 are not in use because s are overseas with over N5k in each line and tied to BVN etc.

MTN has made profitable income from the two lines for more than 15years.
