lol, I think it's possible though. If someone learns the basics for 1 month ( arrays, functions, variables, data structures, loops, etc). Another 1-2 months should be spent on projects, from simple projects like counters, changing background colours, slide images, etc.
With these practical projects in addition to object oriented programming, json, etc in javascript, one can be at intermediate level in javascript within 2 months. After getting a general feel of the basics (without wasting time there). When the learner is focused on studying projects from scratch, and then making the effort to build projects as well (thereby going back to the basics again from time to time), learning gets faster.
Frameworks can come later.
