Job hunting requires a lot of patience, persistence and quaint dedication to research. The professional truth is, in every interview, there are more than 15 candidates to be interviewed for the same position you have been shortlisted for. You will probably meet these candidates in the hall way or the reception calmly seated with their shoes and suit in consonance with their tie.http://patrickokunima.com/why-the-best-candidate-doesnt-always-get-the-job/ 12 Likes 2 Shares |

I guess it is because of their over sabi. Back in the secondary School days, if you asked one of our best students ( Sunday) 2 + 2, then be ready to hear in 1927 before telling us simple answer 4 19 Likes 1 Share |

Most times, opportunities does not always come the way of the most intelligent, but rather the boldest. Self confidence is mostly the key.

/ Some people are very qualified for a job ...until they open their mouth. They talk themselves out of jobs during interviews. It could be anxiety or plain nervousness. I won't discount desperation as a contributing factor. One guy even had the audacity to tell his interviewers that the job was his last hope else he would jump off a cliff. Go figure! / 2 Likes 1 Share |

You qualiied for the job but u seem too expensive for our budget. Well u don't av to desperately under price ursef in such situation. A worthy coy ll come by 2 Likes |

If you have skills, years of experience and probably younger, your employer would gladly employ. No reasonable employer wants to employ unskilled employee
