My unit measure was from the stand piont of revenue. What was the revenue from our ports as of 2010? What is the revenue from our ports as we speak?

The congestion in the ports is more of a political problem that can only be through a combined effort of state and federal government the water ways to the ports in other parts of the country need serious dredging, ships have gotten stuck on these route. Any state with a port other than Lagos has to evaluate the economic value of a port to it and partner with the FG to make it work. Until then no minister, ministry, chairman or party can do nothing. Apapa will always be congested until our ports are decentralized. That's not something a minister or MD can do.
