Policemen are no longer providing security as they should instead their possession of arms makes them feel empowered to treat people how they want.
Yesternite around 9a.m 2 of my friends were in opebi, Ikeja and couldn't get a bike because the bikemen were avoiding the policemen on that road who keep extorting money from them. They decided to keep strolling till they get a cab. All of a sudden two police hilux with about 5 policemen blocked them and searched them. They showed the policemen their work I.D cards bt wen they police noticed about 60k in one of their wallet (which is the money he intended getting a blackberry with) thats when they were thrown into the car and they drove them off to their station. They eventaully released them without the money. After this event is when I heard tales of police killing people if the money found was larger. what authority do you report such act to since you have no idea if their heads are in on it.
How can such money be recovered or such officers punished.
This meanace in our society has to come to an end.

I Will sugest you start using a PIN for your sim if you've ed just for extra sim protection pending the time you report to your service provider strongly advice againt goin to the police unles u have all d time in d world 2 waste.

Did the mtn sim registration today (Gosh! still have to do glo and visafone)and it felt like being booked for a crime and having a criminal record with all the irrelevant questions e.g religion, the use of digital camera to take port and also thumbpriting electronically.
Am not so disturbed by the development since I have no hidden motives but my worries are that if/when the system is fully functional (if it doesn't fail like d National ID card idea) people will not only steal phones but the theft of sim cards will increase because other people's sim card will be used in commiting crimes by the theft.

I have a friend who has been 2 d UK couple of times and also d usa, never over stayed. He was a minor desperate to travel then so he adopted the surname of his sponsor on his port and changed DOB and has thumbprinted for the visa.
The problem now is he wants to get d new e-port in his real info i.e DOB and surname because he needs to go do his postgraduate program but fear his inability 2 ever get into the uk and usa. what are the chances of gettin a visa if he changes info?

dont knw if there is a dematologist in the house who can help. I have some dark pimple like spots on my tummy and it extends to the area under my breast. some of them get bigger ovetime and when pressed, a solid grayish substance pops out. It will be better geting a AAT certification because there are more jobs out there requesting to employ people with AAT compared to Ican this is due to the economy situation most companies knw it is more expensive recruiting chatered ants. In addition to this, considering the fact that PE exams are more expensive you can get your AAT, get a job with your certificate that will pay for your PE exams.
