African mentality and the culture of waste, out of the money govt. regards as stipends he uses to get a customized plate for his bike, guess he has other sources of income.

At least some thing good is coming from this but we all fail to appreciate it but this man just do.

Some people might not like this but I give kudos to this guy for saving from the stipend to buy this machine and I commend the government for this program
