20% of them will propose to buy keke napep... A yearly ritual yet Nigeria is not yet flooded with tricycle.

20% of representatives will elect to sink boreholes yet we still have water scarcity all year round.

5% will go for over bloated projects shared by the supervisory MDAs.

The other 5% will truly meet the yearning of the citizens.

At the end, 95% of the constituency budget are looted by the very politicians that introduce this scam into the budget.
