Which area of your body do you start scrubbing with sponge when bathing?
For me, I start somewhere in-between my legs, under. it's like a reflex and I've noticed it quite a while now.
From there, I go through my belly and then chest, then reach out to my armpits.
I know the last places I attend to is my legs, followed by my back. My back is the very last place as I hold both ends of the sponge and wipe through.
Now, I reasoned, is there any advantage in starting anywhere? Possibly yes. Assuming something happens in the middle of the bath and you have to end it abruptly. that makes it ok to start from the most important places to be washed.
This is just my experience and opinion anyway.

I used to start that way when I was a kid and if I happened to find myself in a stream in my village.

This is the sequence I follow:

My arms, armpit, neck, chest, belly, back, thighs, head, face, rinse. Then legs and every hairy zone again (I wash them twice, dunno why) including my hair, rinse and I'm done.

I first of all shiver befor pouring cold water on my body....lol den i take my sponge and soap and make a lather, den i take my sponge starting from my face, to my hands, den my underarms, den my belle, den my bak, den my member, den my thighs, den my legs..den the last but not the least, insyd my anus...lol dats how u bath....
