Please  can someone advice me on whether Samsung E 250 is a good phone.At what price can I get  it.FURTHER more as Valentine approaches,Iwant to give a surprise gift-a PHONE to my girl.So can you advice me on the type of phone i could get for her that is in the range of 15ton.I would apreciate your comments.Thanks tongue
