Please don’t lose hope, work on your employability.
From experience, the people who peddle these connection rumors simply are not good enough. Good jobs anywhere in the world are highly competitive. You would be surprised at how many MDA’s recruitments are merit based.
Do not listen to them.
Like it’s done anywhere in the world, some slots will be filled by referrals from top guns but that’s a small percentage (say 10%).
If you can’t make the remaining 90% then it’s better to take your L and move on.
Getting a job that you’re a right fit for won’t appear stressful to you at all.
It irks me to read posts from young persons claiming foul play in recruitments when they clearly do not know how good the shortlisted candidates are and majority of the time, they’re simply better than you with superior qualifications and experience.

Sorry my thoughts are not well articulated. I had no plans of making any long post in this thread.

Whoever that wants to recruit someone by merit will start by showing the person RESULT after an exam conducted. You said that Mark is 80%, but you couldn't show candidates their scores after the said online exam. Now, you want them to believe others who made the list are brighter and more qualified. You and I knows that Nigeria recruitments are bought and given to top official as compensation.. We are not kids that you can tell stories that never existed bro..

This people and their site are rubbish.. How can I stress myself like this ni. I got to the stage of ing of documents, then after ing, I didn't see anywhere to submit it application.. I had to go back to the first page to click submit, only for them to tell me that my application is not complete.. How come? Who knows should please tell me, so I can do it one last time... I am getting pissed already. Even the save button, some will pop successfully, some won't show anything and I will move on..

What's going on? Did they later schedule an interview today as someone said here?
