This UKVI sef what if the person is a single parent

LagosismyHome:

NO, at first glance as this is against the rule (for Visa application and submission)

but it can be allowed if you have strong compelling reason why the husband cannot come ....

Good morning all, pls I need an urgent response to this I want to apply for BSC Nursing in Birmingham City University and I just heard from an agent that it’s not possible since I have a BSC in FUTO and a PGD in Sheffield Hallam University. She said it’s not possible to go with my family for undergraduate studies. Pls how true is this

Apply for MSc Nursing. So many schools give ission for MSc Nursing without first degree in Nursing. Just have health, or care experience.

You can bring your family for MSc studies. When you graduate, you are eligible to apply for UK Health and Care visa which is very cheap with no IHS payment. You will also be eligible for PSW.

Good day everyone,

In what situation will a school say this and what can be done about it?

"Thank you for your application for the above course. After full consideration I regret that on this occasion we are unable to make you an offer for this course. This is because the course is not available to Tier 4 applicants. "

I'm wondering why I wasn't told at the initial stage and it wasn't on their page.

When I first saw it ,I thought it was so unfair especially as UK has many single parents up and down..... but might because they dont want you to use childcare as an excuse why you dropped out or couldnt complete your studies

Thank you so much, for your response.
What if I have the full amount in my and it has stayed for more than 28days before CAS is sent, can I apply for a visa immediately then.

LagosismyHome:

No , very different Topic

28 days is used for when you have the total money in your bank . You need to show the full amount you need, has been in your for 28 days minimum or more
Grace321: 8:07pm On Nov 12, 2020
I read somewhere that someone asked about the address and telephone number to fill in the Uk but I don’t seem to find the page and the response. What address can one use to book the test? The school’s address? What about the telephone number?
