The poor are the ones that inculcate real moral and cultural values, discipline and God consciousness etc into their children. Mutual rivalry for pilling up worldly things diverts the rich from giving their children proper and good upbringing. Majority of rich kids are morally and spiritually bankrupt. They view western culture and way of life as standards. They're not religious because they weren't brought up that way.
The worse is that when the rich kids hurt anyone as a result of their lack of home training and waywardness, they won't be punished. The law is obviously made for the poor.
