With HND implies you have ND which is evaluated as two or more degrees. If you are below 30 years old and can max out IELTS Ur CRS score should still be competitive. If not, masters or French is the way to improve Ur score.

Hello guys! I sent my transcripts via etx-ng in August and after a few days, WES said they sent a verification email to my school and my school said they received no email from WES on my behalf. Recently WES sent another email to me, saying they sent an email to my school, and my school is still saying there is no email from WES. What do I do? Its beginning to trouble me o....thanks

IQAS evaluates the combination of the HND + ND together as generally the equivalent of a 3 year bachelor's degree.

Yes you have to give a new biometrics for every PR application. Even though your TRV/Study permit biometrics is still valid, cic won’t use it to process your PR application.
If the VAC around you is open for biometrics then you can book for a biometrics appointment.

For those who have evaluated HND with WES, their reports have come out as two degrees/certificates. Visit wes.org and do a preview of your degree

Different evaluation bodies gives different results. I’ll suggest using WES because HND and ND is evaluated as two separate degrees by WES.

Choose the option of two or more certificates.
