Within the 60day restriction period, all you can do is a "push"...(the buyer still gets the name essentially).
*After the 60days, you're free to run your transfers to other registrars without hiccups...

*check the initial pages 1-100 (you'd see a thing or 2 about it there).

NB: 60days or no 60days (this shld not worry you) Haven't you seen peeps on here selling their names within " hours" of ing? So, regarding your question - let your broker deal with it. This is where running the transaction thru Dan comes in handy. iMHO
(The other marketplaces are cool ooo - don't get me wrong, but for me - Dan gives me joy with their classy after-sales service)

you can open an with either luno or quidax, once you do that, you'll automatically have wallet that each coin on that platform. Also you'll be able to exchange your coin for naira and make withdrawal into your bank connected to your wallet.
