Juventus dream is bigger than individuals ambitious. You don't throw away golden opportunities of winning more matches just because you want to encourage someone. He should practice more free-kicks during training
while other good players should be allowed to take it during live matches till he becomes better. Don't encourage mediocrity, it kills a collective goal
