Your brother in Scotland will be able to play but you will still be required to it again on your own console here in nigeria in order to play it.

Lemme tell u, nobody said it isn't possible to dwnload a game on ur PS4 console via the PS app. Now listen carefully, for you to a game on ur PS4 console remotely using the PS app on ur fon, ur PS4 will have to be switched on or at least on rest mode, ur PS4 will have to be connected to the internet (unmetered connection preferebly) den u must be signed into same PS A/c on both ur console and the PS app. Now, u can use d PS app to browse games on PS Store den purchase dem and send dem for dwnload (remotely) to ur PS4 console! Ur PS4 console(which must be on or on rest mode and connected to the internet) will immediately receive the command and start dwnloading the game(s).
