Bro you have to deal with it till things get optimised for the chipset and phone overall performance. The heating issue while gaming on note 8 is really annoying. Funny thing is that the heating is random, sometime one would play for hours it wouldn't heat up and sometimes 10min into the game you start feeling the heat.
Overall gaming performance on redmi note 8 is very bad right now and I'm totally unsatisfied. I will surely note 10 make note 9 waka for now

It refers to the refresh rate of the screen(either lcd or amoled). Most phones come with the standard 60Hz refresh rate. A 90Hz screen will appear smoother and faster to the eyes than a 60Hz screen.

Higher refresh sucks battery tho.
