Likely the person....if dead..... shot the video and shared it with someone...... or if alive....aware of the danger... shot the short video and sped away to safety.
It is not too late for the FG to do the right thing...... establish a safety zone along the path of the pipeline ... no buildings... no activities along that corridor and make laws of mandatory imprisonment for violators. Vandals need to be sentenced to 10 years minimum with hard labour. But after all.... who would enforce these measures?
