All I know is that they will still issue APL anytime from now,the mgt are working on that.
The worse delay cannot exceeded first week of March.

check the size of the port you are trying to of its above the specification they gave then you will have to work on the size of the image if not then just be patient and keep trying because their portal is really slow due to network issues
