I've tried white background and another red background, both are not working.
I've tried various types of resizes for both pics still its not working.
I've tried all the suggestions here to more than 15 times, still not working.

This is frustrating.

To make it worsen, I had a sleepless night trying various method to . Again, I've waken up as early as 4:00am to it, still no progress.
My conclusion is, the problem is from their site and I also believe the issue would be resolved.
They had issues with registration last week and they resolved it. For this week, we have port issue, it'll be over soon.

yrs, it's very frustrating. i was experiencing same too, but i got to work this morning, i decided to try with my system, at once it ed. so, try a computer, do make sure the width and the length of your port is large.
