I have done something similar. Please point this out on his Twitter handle as well. It would make sense to draw their attention to it so they can seek proper redress. It's not making any sense at all

I was among the successful candidates in the last pending/cancelled NNPC GT recruitment. It was a painful experience waiting endlessly moreover some of us, age was no longer on our side to apply for this recruitment neither did they shortlist us for the EH.

For EH guys
Don't kill your self over the recruitment, still be focused on what you are already doing... no amount of your wailing, protest or threats via mail, instagram etc would alter their decision, you can ask our set (pending recruitment) how far?
Please note that i am Not in anyway trying to discourage you guys...all i am saying is be focused and pray...

EHs are assumed to be all working already unlike the GTs..
The positions might be recruited internally... so many agitation on going in every of their subsidiary perhaps the reason behind the delay but that doesn't mean there won't be external recruitment...

Firstly, do not compare 2014 exercise with this one at all. There is no correlation. 2014 exercise did not reach this stage before the changed of government.
Secondly, the issue of internal recruitment you are shouting, if they do that, who will replace the vaccum.In my office for instance, if they want to fix any vacancy, they will advert it internally because of those who want to change department or position. Immediately they saw any one filling the position internally, then, they d the guy that change department or position vacant externally .
In closing, I am very confidence that they will surely close out EH component of the exercise except NNPC is direction less organization with unprofessional Hr and management. May God count us among the chosen ones when it is released.

I agree with you. Someone said they want to do internal restructuring before considering us. Is that not laughable? Were there no vacancies before they put up the advert for EH?

The internal restructuring was on-going in december. They were pretty much moving people around to ascertain vacant positions prior to posting new EH to subs.

There are vacancies but the issue is mainly at the managerial cadre, once the vacancies are filled now, the people in SS1 will find it very difficult to cross over to M level. From SS5 to SS2 no problem, there is room for promotion and ascension, that's why they want to make sure everything is well sorted out.

This is the most reasonable and logical thing to do,I have heard they do replacement's,however it would be unwise to holdon to this /hope .(No GT should still be expectant at this moment )
