They will ask you some questions about your precise location, landmark amg Co, they will escalate to the nearest base station to you. Truth be told, it could take about a week days or less to get resolved. If you are patient enough, it can be fixed. It's your call

1. You haven't turned off Bluetooth and WiFi scanning

2. You haven't switched the SIM you are not using for Data to 2G.

Yes it does. Only when I'm charging or using it under the sun though.

It hardly heats up while using it... I think it is the weather
