yes. Simply tell them you would prefer a push as the domain is not up to 60 days. They will the buyer who will now decide whether to wait till that period or accept pushing. Happened to me once, buyer decided to wait for a normal transfer which we later did.

they and most top registrars do. As I wrote earlier, the domain must be at least 60 days old for a fast transfer/ listing eligibility. Once it's up to that, you will receive a mail from your registrar. It's only networksolutions that I know send their opt in almost immediately but it won't still work if that domain is not up to 60 days.

Although I sold one German name Sha at BIN after outbound and follow ups.
But I tried the same method for my other German names with no success.
