What i find quite strange is the document section where it was stated it must be in JPG or PNG format.. How did you guys your cv as i expect this to be either in doc or pdf.

Additionally, I ed a professional certificate and it was showing another person's document in the picture. please how do i address this.

I would have missed it if not for careful observation. I logged out & again and it's still there, so I deleted the entry and ed mine again. Waited for about an hour and checked & it was still mine. Then I went ahead and submitted my application

If you are having issues with port , pay attention to this.

Using an image of 600x600px on a white or off white background which is 200kb or less isn't enough!

Pls and pls, ensure that your face is adequately zoomed in on the picture. The top of your head should be close to the upper edge while your chin shouln't be far away from the bottom edge. The system doesn't accept most pics because the 70% face covering requirement isn't met

I used the 'Crop' feature in Paint 3D on PC. I began by cropping my face very well. I was on Suit and you can neither see the topmost button of my shirt nor the colour of my tie! Just part of the collar only. I then resized the cropped image to 600x600pixels. Shikena! The system quickly accepted mine. If your whole neck, shoulder and part of chest shows, yours may not work. No need to go to any studio. Advisably, start with a high resolution picture if available else the output would be of a very low quality.

Documents and port issues seem to have been fixed.

Clear Cache and try again

HOW TO SUCCESSFULLY YOUR PORT

1. After scanning or snapping the port, open it with your computer.

2. Open Snipping Tool software (all windows computer have it, so just search the name on the search bar)

3. Drag the + symbol, that appear, to your port to draw the size you want for the port and it will open in the Snipping Tool software (Note: You should ensure your head and shoulder are included)

4. Click on File

5. Select 'Save As'

6. Type the name you want

7. Click on Save

Now you can the port successfully.

My professional certificate was not among the options given. So I clicked on others and typed the name manually, after which I ed it on the next tab.

But what I noticed was that under the summary, in the professional certificate tab, it wrote the certificate have been ed... But there is no place to check it
