I spent 2hrs (8am-10pm) at the Model Primary School, Maitama with other interested Corp & Ex Corp without any INEC Staff on ground to address us.
From experience, the training are usually held on weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sunday).

Got the info at the LG's INEC office this morning

Don't wait for INEC to send you message, just go to your local govt to make enquiries about the training date and venue.
