Transcript has been received by WES but I was informed a confirmation mail was sent to DELSU. Called my in the school and had to pay about 25k for a response to WES?? I did. Still school hasn't reverted. I wonder why. Is that how cumbersome the process is? Thanks.

Its fair but still insane. Some schools collect $100 for verification alone and around 55k for transcript.

Yes, the diploma is a three year one. The degree isn't completed yet (A 4-year course).
