I've told you clowns several times that Lagos doesn't need any nonsense oil money. The state is choked with too many investors willing to invest due to her huge market and strategic location

What priviledges and 'opportunity' are you talking about?? This is a privately funded project. You can't tell investors where to invest their money. If the environment is favourable enough, has enough consumers that have the requisite purchasing power, then yeah they'll invest in your state.
