They need to be taught professionalism and basic civil military relations first before anything and how to be subservient to civil authority in a democracy.

Because Britishers are civilized you will hardly come across cases of using military kits for crime purposes, unlike in Africa esp. Nigeria where at the end soldiers are been accused falsely.
