I sent Payoneer funds to someone here around 11am
I hoped to see the money in my latest five hours later.
At a point my phone and laptop went off so I was offline till evening.

This evening, when I eventually ed him, he says to
wait till the money loads in his .

He says until I see a mail from Payoneer that says 'APPROVED'
before he would send my money.

Upon checking my mail, I observed that Payoneer has NEVER for once,
sent me the said 'APPROVED' mail in the previous transactions.

Others usually pay me without asking for any 'APPROVED' mail.
And come to think of it, it is ONLY $80.

Kindly advise. I needed the money to urgently attend to a fam need.
What do I do?

Chill if the person is trusted. Payoneer misbehaves sometimes and may even take more than 24hrs to reflect sometimes

Sent him money for payoneer, then phone went dead. He told me its been sent. Only for me to my buyer and he said he didn't receive and already bought elsewhere. I no vex, I tell 3rnest to hold money make I find another buyer. Since I no quick see I tell am to refund, while telling him, I get another buyer so I tell am to wait. Only for me to tell am to send minutes later, con dey tell me say deal is off, after I don collect money from the buyer eh.
