Build or buy? they appear to be laptops.

Whichever is cheaper as they are both capable..if you are looking to save a bit more money go for the 6th gen i5. They are very capable U's for gaming.

If you are buying the parts to build..you'll need a retail Processor. The i7-6820HQ/HK series and similar are only available to PC manufacturers or OEM's.

Like it or not! As long as u r within the shore lines of this country you have to nurture (above all else) a cynical behavior towards our fellow man, it's our inherent nature and heritage. This is how we must behave

No, you can't buy any processor that ends with HQ/HK. It is only sold to manufacturers like HP,DELL and the likes.

You can buy Retail versions.

If you can't tell, why are you making a big fuss about it? The visual fidelity will be okay, player ID as always will be implemented, and of course, the various modding communities always have our backs.
