The major app that drains your battery on standby is Google Services and google framework. They wakes the phone every now and then. Please head to Settings>>>Application>>>Application manager>>>>>Running apps. You should see list of running apps looks for Google services. If it has more than 1 process and 1 services running then it has to be tweaked to stop those services and processes from running in background.

3. Open up the install Myandroidtools pro We are going to tweak Services and Broadcast receiver menu Select services menu and locate Google Play Services. Use the switch to turn off the following services under google play services. Please follow the picture and turn off only the services that are red in the photo. I repeat don't mess around if you don't know what you are doing. Just turn off only what you see in the photo.

Under broadcast receiver select google framework services and disable the following CheckinService$Receiver CheckinService$SecretCodeReceiver CheckinService$TriggerReceiver EventLogService$Receiver GoogleLocationSettings$LocationSettingsChangedListener SystemUpdateService$Receiver SystemUpdateService$SecretCodeReceiver That's all with Myandroidtools pro. Now lets proceed to System Tuner app which is just one step. Open up the app and select "Startup" Then uncheck google services framework. That's all for System tuner app.

Greenify is very straightforward just install and greenify the apps you feel like. That's all. You should see a huge battery improvement. If you still want to go even further you can debloat using titaniumbackup but that for advance s. Enjoy!! |
