I just wiped my z10 and after the wipe, it refused to on again. It displays this on the screen.

Corrupted OS file.

This should fix it.

Ensure the computer is connected to the Internet.
Install the latest version of BlackBerry Blend (includes BlackBerry Link) here: www.blackberry.com/blend
Power off the BlackBerry device and remove the battery.
Open BlackBerry Link.
Connect the device to the computer with the USB cable.
When it connects to your device, put in the battery.
Under the Devices heading, click the device name when it is displayed.
Note: If the device is not detected, at the top-right click Preferences.
Under Reload Device Software, click Reload.
Click OK

Critically go through your settings again. Perform a hard reset, if the issue still persists, get your phone wiped of flashed.

Hard reset is just to remove the battery and fix it back.

Yes it works very well. It fast in my area so it depends on the airtel ntwrk reception in ur area

it has been on automatic update o. i really do not know the reason why it doesn't update.
If you are using a glo line, automatic updates don't work with glo. thats one of my major frustrations with my glo sim. i just wish i wouldnt have to set my time at all like the old blue-screen samsung fones.
