good day everybody in the house i really appreciate what is going on here i have been into import business for 3yrs now though i use dhl a lot cos i dnt want story though its expensive. i import gadgets from alibaba and aliexpress but i stopped cos i want to go into somthing bigger and that is importation of industrial/pharmaceutical and food grade chemical from china.my challenge is this. i do import from china but i discovered that most retailers of these chemicals in ojota and ilasa prefare the ones that comes from india and we dont have any in india that is reliable and trusted if anybody in the house have pls kindly me. we also need a trusted freight forwarder that can pick up our chemicals from china and deliver it in nigeria via ocean freight. we dont have the huge capital to do 20ft container so for now we are doing lcl/groupage. we also have the permit from nafdac to import these chemical. we also need investors.anybody that want to invest should mail me so that we can discuss.

since you are new,i will advice you start buying in small qty first and with that aliexpress is your best slot.after gaining more experience then you can explore better.because if you buy products in bulk and you ve not test your sales IQ on one on one selling before,you might regret it.

That's the best advice anyone can give you when it come to importation.

Buy in small quantities first because this will allow you know the following:

1. The quality of the product.
2. The marketability of the product.
3. Scalability of the product.
4. If things went wrong, your loss will be minimal.
5. Buying small gives you the ability to test and use the product yourself. Because from experience, you cannot sell what you don't use.

i've used normal with a reputable company before and it took 6weeks wey no be sea shipping
used express with a company for a week no show
my point no company is interested in delaying your goods with them cox it serves no benefit but i will prefer a sincere company with a good customer rep in china and lagos not dox coys with lousy pouty dysentary running mouths who think they are doing you a favor all because you used their service

After telling St Patricks secretary to ship some phones via express shipping. She shipped through normal shipping, took more than two weeks for the goods to arrive Lagos.

After arriving two phones were missing, one other did not have it's battery in it. I've lost two customers already after prolonged it will arrive, it will arrive.

Now after four weeks, I want a refund. The dollar has dropped in the black market and bank rates, they want to use the current exchange rate to pay me back.

Honestly, I'm a very patient person and not the kind to cause trouble. Even though i do not wish to blow this issue out of proportion, this is an insult on me and my business. Everyone has a different side!
