Only someone like me who grew in Enugu State will know the difference between Nsukka, Amaechi, Nike, Owa, Eziagu dialects

The Ikwerre sent a delegation to the Willinks Commission in 1957 during the period of independence negotiations. They had already started expresing a clear distinct identity and fear of domination long before 1966

The Ikwerre formed Ogbakor Ikwerre around 1963 long before 1966
and definitely before Ohanaeze was formed
