I have been seeing excerpt of it posted on Twitter showing Ministry of Agriculture training Hairdressers with N100m, Ministry of foreign affairs getting allocation running into hundreds of millions for IDP camps, and various other ministries getting hundreds of millions for streetlights when their ministry has absolutely nothing to do with urban or rural electrification.

The fact that the minister of budget appointed by the master strategist is Atiku Bagudu (Abacha's bag man) tells u what u need to know that these things are not innocent mistakes but deliberate efforts at plundering and laundering as much funds as they could lay their hands on.

I qouted this post and got banned.

Anyway..I said this is also where all the subsidy money is going into. Plus all the outrageous taxes on everything.

If he gets this second term...thats where the real.milking of the nation go happen.
