felong: Go and do a proper analysis of the result of the election before you cry tribalism. Obi won Lagos, right? Could Yorubas not have voted for him that made him win Lagoa? More Yorubas voted for Obi than Igbos voting for Tinubu. It was the numbers Tinubu got from outside SW that gave him victory. If it was all about the south alone, do you know that Obi won? Obi got the highest votes in the south but Tinubu won overwhelmingly in the north. dkidd: I spoke to a Nigerien living in Ghana a few days ago and from what I learnt the cost of living in Ghana is worse. In the capital of Accra is even much worse! He came to buy things in Lagos from Ghana. He doesn't even buy things in Ghana as it's cheaper crossing over to Togo and buying over there. He lives close to the border. |
